1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tinyGift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

tinyGift is a digital sticker gifting platform that allows users to purchase, send, receive, and sell back digital sticker assets. All transactions are conducted in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to send or manage gifts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Sticker purchases are final unless a technical error occurred on our end. The sell-back value (₦95 per sticker) is set by tinyGift and may be updated with notice.

5. Wallet and Withdrawals

Wallet balances represent credits earned from selling stickers back to the platform. Withdrawals to Nigerian bank accounts are subject to a ₦50 processing fee and a minimum of ₦500. Processing times may vary.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to send offensive, harassing, or illegal content. You may not attempt to manipulate the platform, create fake accounts, or circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All sticker artwork is owned by tinyGift or its licensors. Purchasing a sticker grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it within the platform. You may not reproduce or distribute sticker artwork outside the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

tinyGift is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
